With over 28 years of international experience in multiple industries and geographies, including at a leading global IT company, she scaled a team from 150+ to 430+ people and now becoming over 600+, turned high-risk business situations into resilient, high-performing organizations, and coached and mentored 20+ leaders through their own transitions. Eighteen of those years were spent in global, cross-cultural leadership — navigating the complexity of leading across markets, mindsets, and cultures simultaneously in deeply international environments.

That experience has given her a rare sensitivity to leaders navigating systems not originally designed with them in mind — and an unshakeable belief that the most powerful transformations happen when leaders grow as whole human beings, not just as professionals.
